	Notice of Proposed Rulemaking - summary & concerns
		On April 2nd, The FCC released a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking regarding new rules for ITFS and MMDS. This 137 page NPRM follows the joint proposal submitted by NIA, CTN and WCA last October.
