Rebecca Rini represents telecommunications, media and technology clients before Congress, the FCC and in communications-related transactions. Rebecca Rini’s practice focuses on the representation of broadcast, wireless broadband companies, and Educational Institutions and organizations that hold educational broadband service (“EBS”) licenses before Congress, the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) and other federal and state administrative agencies. David G. O'Neil
Mr. O'Neil's practice concentrates on the representation of television, radio, satellite, Internet and telecommunications companies. He has an extensive background in corporate transactions, administrative litigation and FCC licensing matters.
Mr. O'Neil's specific experience includes the negotiation of a multi-party agreement that enabled the FCC to grant orbital satellite locations to each competing satellite applicant, allowing his client to raise substantial financing.
