Mr. O'Neil's practice concentrates on the representation of television, radio, satellite, Internet and telecommunications companies. He has an extensive background in corporate transactions, administrative litigation and FCC licensing matters.
Mr. O'Neil's specific experience includes the negotiation of a multi-party agreement that enabled the FCC to grant orbital satellite locations to each competing satellite applicant, allowing his client to raise substantial financing.
